For a tool issue, include the page address, browser and operating system, the steps you tried, and what happened. Your device model is optional. Please leave out passwords, serial numbers, payment information and private files.
Privacy requests
Use the same email for privacy questions. Analytics is optional and can be changed through the Analytics preferences button in the footer. You can clear saved scores and preferences using your browser’s site-data settings. See the privacy page for details.
Hardware support
We can investigate how a browser tool behaves, but cannot diagnose or repair a physical device remotely. For warranty coverage, repair instructions or device calibration, contact your manufacturer.
